Mr. Sampath Ranaweera is an IT graduate who pioneered the establishment and the founder of CAS. Presently he serves as the President of the organization.

Air Vice Marshal (Retired) Jayanath Kumarasiri
AVM Jayanath Kumarasiri (Retired) obtained his primary and secondary education at Nalanda College Colombo.He joined the Sri Lanka Air Force (SLAF) with the No 07th intake of Officer Cadets in 1979, and was commissioned as a Pilot Officer in the Technical Engineering Branch in 1981.
During his illustrious career spanning over 35 years he has held many distinguished appointments in the Technical Engineering branch.
